I am definitely a delighted customer. I’ve been playing the Little Sister exclusively for the last few weeks. I’m really impressed with the quality of the materials and the craftsmanship is outstanding. Love the pickups and electronics as well.
For me this is a guitar with great tone all over the dials. It sounds really good wide open, but there are plenty of soulful voices up and down the knobs on both pickups. The dark tones are rich and lush and the brighter tones full and fat.
I think the biggest surprise for me is how lively the guitar is. Stable and solid, yet still lively - I haven’t played that many electric guitars where you can feel the body resonate as much as this Little Sister. It suits my playing style well, which is mostly clean and usually directly into the amp. It sounds great with pedals too, but there’s truly nothing lacking plugging straight in. I’ve played it mostly through my Lazy J 20 and the control and touch-sensitivity are fantastic.
There seems to be a fast-growing list of small-shop craftsmen hand-building guitars these days (I have a few). The materials, components and flawless build-quality of this Little Sister are all top-notch. Add to that a huge tone palette and it’s hard to beat the value of this B&G.
Thanks again for a great purchase experience. I truly appreciate the attention you paid to this transaction even during the holidays.
